Senior IT Expert C++ (m/f/d)
The Position
- Designing, building, and maintaining reliable C++ code
- Run practical diagnostic tests and debugging procedures
- Monitoring AI solutions for expected performance
- Ensure seamless AI development and integration
- Act as a team lead for 4+ software developers plus BAs
- Quality control and responsibility for all necessary technical documentation
- Work closely with CTO to ensure architecture standards and technical requirements are met
- Work closely together with PMO to safeguard roadmap schedule and to identify budget risks
The ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 5-8 years of extensive experience with C++
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms
- AI Development experience
- Great attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Fluent in English
- Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering
- Arabic is a plus
- Ideally you have gained experience within a bank or asset manager regarding financial products and market data

- Inbox management, flagging most critical issues and ensuring completion
The iedal Candidate
- Must be Arabic and English speaking
- Bachelor degree in economics or comparable certificate
- 2 -3 years minimum experience within a similar position
- Excellent communication with the ability to interact at the most senior level
- Excellent computer skills
- You must be able to support out-with office hours as per the business needs
Salary and Benefits
