 This Privacy Notice ("Notice") describes how ATT by AI Consulting FZCO (Dubai)., ("we", us, our, "ATT") may use, process, store and disclose personal data that we may collect about individuals, including if you register with us via our candidate registration process. 

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site and/or by submitting personal data to us, you declare you have legal capacity and you are 18 years old or above. This Site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal data relating to children. 

This Notice supplements other Privacy Notices you may receive from us during the application decision process and the onboarding process.

We work within a very sensitive environment including but not limited to family offices, asset manager, weath manager, hedge funds, etc.   For this reason and as the fundamental basis of our business we regard any information as highly confidential.  For this reason with regards to your application we do not collect any data from you except for the purpose to decide upon the job you applied for. After the decision is made either positive or negative we destroy any data provided. During the onboarding process we provide you with further privacy notices. We do not provide any information to any third party. We do not use cookies. We do not use your personal data for any kind of marketing purpose or survey. No data will ever leave ATT or will be used outside of Dubai. We are not interested in Site activity statistics. We are still a small company and as such we restrict the access to your personal data to the few internal stuff related to your application only. Please use the email contact on the bottom of the job offer to apply to. 

While searching for the ideal candidate either for permanent role or for any freelancer position we work closely together with head hunter, IT contracting companies, third party software companies and others. Please notice that any statement made on this page is limited to data provided to ATT directly. 

When you contact any third party with regards to any position offered by ATT then you must read their relevant privacy statement. ATT does not take any responsibility with regards to any third party data processing.

But, when you approach us directly we do not transfer any data from you to any other company.

Please attach your most recent CV as document in pdf format only. We only use the data file as it is. Your data is not transferred into any database or stored therein. Once we decide that further information is needed we will reach out to you.

In any case after the application process is finished any data transmitted either in writing or oral will be destroyed.

We do not maintain any database regarding this subject. If your application was not successfull please check our website for further job offer that may fit to you on a regular basis.  For this reason you must send your CV again as be do not maintain any data from you.

Special categories of personal data will be processed in accordance with the restrictions imposed by law and will be retained for no longer than necessary before being deleted. If you choose to provide us with special categories of personal data (e.g. in your CV or in an interview) and we do not need it, we will disregard this data. 

 After ATT has made a final decision not to consider your application further for the role you applied to any data provided will be destroyed. If ATT proceeds with your applicateion towards the onboarding process human resources will approach you with further details regarding the company internal data protection regulations.  

You have the following rights under DP Law: 

1. to withdraw consent at any time, where the basis for processing your personal data is consent. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain services to you and we will advise you of this at that time.  
2. to request access, to personal data we hold about you; 
3.  to request rectification, restriction and erasure of inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
4.  to object to processing of personal data on reasonable grounds relating to your situation and in relation to direct marketing;  
5. the right to object to any decision based on solely automated processing including profiling which produces legal consequences concerning you or other seriously impactful consequences and to require such decision to be reviewed manually;
